Competitive Tryout Roster - Player Adjustments (Coaches Only)

Purpose: Use this form to submit your current tryout roster and identify players you are releasing from consideration. After you submit, the General Manager (GM) will action the moves in RAMP and send you a confirmation.

What happens after you submit

• House League Transfer: Players who have already paid House League are reassigned to the appropriate Sort-out Team for their age group.

• Withdrawal Team Placement: Players affiliated with another association are moved to a Withdrawal Team if they have not registered for House League.  They may register for House League should positions remain

• Competitive Team Confirmation: Players you re retaining move to your official competitive roster once you send the offer and the player completes registration via your teams unique registration link.

• These back-end moves change what families see in the RAMP app—team name, practice locations, and game schedules—so please submit only final decisions.

Before you submit (quick checklist)

• Single-team age group (AAA only): Send your final cuts via this form; the GM will move them to House League (if registered) or back to their home club.

• Two-team age group (AAA + AA): Coordinate with the AA staff and team GM first. The first cut list you submit should be athletes who will not make either club. Once AA confirms its intake, proceed with redirect to AA communications as needed.

• Coach delivers the message: Coaches must communicate cut decisions directly to families (email/phone). The GM can assist if needed, but coach-led is the standard. After you ve told the family, submit this form so the GM can execute the move.
