Score Clock & 24-Second Shot Clock Request Form
This form is to be used by Ottawa South Basketball Association (OSBA) coaches and team general managers to request a score clock or 24-second shot clock. The information you provide will be sent directly to the OSBA Equipment Manager, who is responsible for allocating the association’s roving clocks.
Please complete all required fields in full. Once your request has been submitted, the Equipment Manager will contact you to confirm availability and arrange a pickup time.
